Located on the 56th floor, the unit offers a stunning city view with a beautiful sunset and a partial sea view. It’s the kind of view you’ll stop to admire every evening, even if you’re already tired from shopping.


Why This Unit Stands Out

This is one of the most spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom units in the building. There are other units with different layouts, but many come with noticeably smaller bedrooms or tighter bathrooms. If space matters, this unit has a clear advantage.

The interior follows a Muji-style Japandi theme—warm, minimalist, and very calming.

  • Big windows bring in lots of natural light
  • The building itself still feels fresh and well-maintained

Final Thoughts

What I really liked about this unit were the water purifier and game console—both are uncommon extras in most Airbnb listings. Combined with the spacious layout, modern design, and unbeatable location next to KSL City Mall, this unit works very well for practical travellers who want comfort, convenience, and value in Johor Bahru.
